Course Overview

The Professional HR Executive Education Program (pHREP™) is created using the pHREP™ exam content outline, which details the responsibilities of and knowledge needed by today’s HR professional. The pHREP™ exam content outline is created by HR subject matter experts through a rigorous practice analysis study conducted by ESI Global School. It is updated periodically to ensure it is consistent with the current knowledge required for those early in their HR career.

Leading the HR function by developing HR strategy, contributing to organizational strategy, influencing people management practices, and monitoring risk.

Talent Planning and Acquisition
Forecast organizational talent needs and develops strategies to attract and engage new talent.

Develop training, development, and employee retention strategies.

Total Rewards
Monitor the effectiveness of compensation and benefits strategies for attracting, rewarding, and retaining talent.

Employee Relations and Risk Management
Develop and/or monitor strategies impacting employee satisfaction and performance including diversity and inclusion, safety, security, and labour strategies.

Admission Criteria

Admission Requirements

Each HREP Course has its own requirements. To successfully learn and take this pHREP course, the participant should have at least two to four years of work experience in human resources management. This course is also recommended for a senior student who has been learning human resources management as a mainstream subject in their university.

Upon notification of acceptance into a program, you’ll receive an electronic invoice that is payable within 30 days of receipt. Please review our school Payment Policies and the steps for cancelling or deferring participation.

English Proficiency

Because HREP Courses are designed to encourage individual growth globally and foster productive interaction among participants, groups and within your organisation, English proficiency in written and spoken English is essential. However, please note that the participants who have challenges in English skills will be offered relevant language assistances from ESI Global School (Our Admissions Committee may also request an interview).

Letter of Reference

This pHREP also requires a letter of reference from a lecturer or a senior executive within the applicant’s organization, a board member of the applicant’s company, or an ESI Global School graduate who is familiar with the applicant’s role and responsibilities and can provide a detailed firsthand account.
