The Strategic HR Leadership Program (sHRL™) is created using the sHRL™ exam content outline, which details the responsibilities of and knowledge needed by today’s HR professional leadership. The sHRL™ exam content outline is created by HR leadership subject matter experts through a rigorous practice analysis study conducted by ESI Global School. It is updated periodically to ensure it is consistent with the current knowledge required for those early in their HR career.

Combining an understanding of global business factors and the unique HR challenges faced by such organizations while serving as a strategic business partner.
Talent Development and Management
Identifying and developing relevant individual and organizational competencies; developing and using a talent management strategy to sustain long- term, effective alignment with organizational strategies to achieve human capital objectives; establishing a learning environment in which continuous professional development includes staying current in HR practices. Using a set of systematic and planned activities designed by the organization to help people develop the necessary skills to meet current and future organizational needs and objectives. Global Assignment (Mobility)
Determining when to send employees abroad and ensuring smooth transitions for those on expatriate assignments and upon return, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Risk Management and Compliance

Each HRL™ Course has its own requirements. To successfully learn and take this sHRL™ course, the participant should have at least two to four years of work experience in human resources management. This course is also recommended for a senior student who has been learning human resources management as a mainstream subject in their university.

Because HRL™ Courses are designed to encourage individual growth globally and foster productive interaction among participants, groups and within your organisation, English proficiency in written and spoken English is essential. However, please note that the participants who have challenges in English skills will be offered relevant language assistances from ESI Global School (Our Admissions Committee may also request an interview).
Letter of Reference
This sHRL™ also requires a letter of reference from a lecturer or a senior executive within the applicant’s organization, a board member of the applicant’s company, or an ESI Global School graduate who is familiar with the applicant’s role and responsibilities and can provide a detailed firsthand account.
