Payment, Cancellation, and Deferral

Payment

The program fee covers tuition, textbooks and case materials. Once you’ve been notified of your acceptance, you’ll have 30 days to complete the payment. If admission is within 30 days prior to the start of the program, payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. We accept payment by company check, bank wire transfer, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard) and Paypal.

Cancellation and Deferral Policy

If you need to cancel or defer participation, you must submit your request in writing more than 30 days before the program start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations or deferrals received 14 to 30 days before the program start date are subject to a payment of 50 percent of the program fee. Requests received within 14 days of the program start date are subject to full payment of the program fee.

What is included in the program fee?

The program fee includes tuition, single-occupancy accommodations, most meals, and all program materials. Incidentals such as dry cleaning, entertainment, phone bills, and the like are not included in the program fee.

When is payment due?

Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date, or upon receipt of the invoice if admission is within 30 days prior to the start of the program.

What types of payment are accepted?

Is financial aid available?

Basically, financial assistance is not available for ESI School of Business Executive Education programs. Specific cases will be reviewed by the Admission Committee.
