Global EHR™ Certification Programs
ESI Institute of Management collaborates with global educational institutes to develop Global EHR™ Certification Programs in different frameworks and platforms i.e. virtual, blended, and face-to-face curriculum that enables participants successful in their learning.
The Global EHR™ Certification Programs are designed to match the professional English learning needs of each individual, and staff career development for schools and corporates in Vietnam and SEA region. Whether you are an HR expert or just starting out.
- Masterclass English for Human Resources™ (mEHR™)
- Intermediate English for Human Resources™ (iEHR™)
- Advanced English for Human Resources™ (aEHR™)
Each Global EHR™ Course has its own requirements. To successfully learn and take the Global EHR™ course, the participant should have at least two to four years of work experience in human resources management. The courses are also recommended for a senior student who has been learning human resources management as a mainstream subject in their university.
Upon notification of acceptance into a program, you’ll receive an electronic invoice that is payable within 30 days of receipt. Please review our school Payment Policies and the steps for canceling or deferring participation.
Because Global EHR™ courses are designed to encourage individual growth globally and foster productive interaction among participants, groups and within your organisation, English proficiency in written and spoken English is essential. However, please note that the participants who have challenges in English skills will be offered relevant language assistance from the ESI Institute of Management (Our Admissions Committee may also request an interview).
Letter of Reference
The Global EHR™ also requires a letter of reference from a lecturer or a senior executive within the applicant’s organization, a board member of the applicant’s company, or an ESI Institute of Management graduate who is familiar with the applicant’s role and responsibilities and can provide a detailed firsthand account.
