The Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR™) exam is created using the GPHR exam content outline, which details the responsibilities of and knowledge needed by today’s HR professional. The GPHR exam content outline is created by HR subject matter experts through a rigorous practice analysis study conducted by HR Certification Institute® (HRCI). It is updated periodically to ensure it is consistent with the current knowledge required for those early in their HR career.

Each HRCI Prep Course has its own requirements. To successfully learn and take this GPHR Exam Prep Course, the participant should have at least two to four years of work experience in human resources management. This course is also recommended for a senior student who has been learning human resources management as a mainstream subject in their university.

Because HRCI Prep Courses are designed to encourage individual growth globally and foster productive interaction among participants, groups and within your organisation, English proficiency in written and spoken English is essential. However, please note that the participants who have challenges in English skills will be offered relevant language assistances from ESI Global School (Our Admissions Committee may also request an interview).
Letter of Reference
This HRCI GPHR also requires a letter of reference from a lecturer or a senior executive within the applicant’s organization, a board member of the applicant’s company, or an ESI Global School graduate who is familiar with the applicant’s role and responsibilities and can provide a detailed firsthand account.
